Karyn Chalk is an accomplished facilitator and coach who allows clients to realise their full
potential by using a range of Cognitive Behavioural, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching techniques.
Karyn is a dynamic and passionate presenter with extensive experience in facilitating workshops
specialising in motivation, attitude and behaviour change. She has qualifications in nutrition,
teaching, cognitive behavior change, neuro-linguistic programming and business development, and 15
years experience in designing and delivering training in this area. She manages her own business
‘Changing Ways’, has been a training advisor in two large companies and contracts her services to a
number of organisations.
Karyn is also an experienced business improvement coach and personal development consultant, drawing
her unique talent for empowering individuals, groups and organisations to be the best they can from a
combination of real life experience and training. Her strength as a coach lies in her ability to engage
a client’s true potential. She believes that anyone can achieve great change when they are guided with
experience and expertise.
